KENTA HAYASHI is a world-renowned Japanese Live-Looping Artist and Sound Alchemist who has transmitted his transformative vibrations across 38 countries. Transcending the boundaries of traditional performance, his "One-Man Orchestra" manifests intricate, multidimensional soundscapes in the eternal present, bridging the profound depths of meditation with the heights of ecstatic celebration.
His artistry is a pure conduit for universal frequency. Wielding his Tachyonized Guitar and sacred instruments, Kenta orchestrates true sonic alchemy—utilizing the 432Hz resonance for deep-tissue cellular healing, and the 444Hz frequency for heart-opening euphoria.
From the main stages of global festivals to intimate conscious gatherings, his mission remains absolute: to elevate the collective vibration of our planet. A drummer with a deep love for sound that spans from field-recorded folk traditions to underground black metal, Ryota, also active as the illustrator YOTS, brings a unique sonic vision shaped by over 15 years of dream journaling. Fascinated by the surreal imagery of the subconscious, he channels these nocturnal fragments into an enigmatic, borderless instrumental project that feels both ancient and futuristic.
Joining him is a powerful lineup of genre-defying musicians. On bass, Kikurin of the explosive Afrobeat collective ajate delivers rhythmic depth and raw energy. The saxophone is handled by Minami Ishiwata, a sought-after voice in both the Afrobeat scene and her own project Minami Quintet. For the April 25 performance, the usual keyboardist Nobuhiro Takamoto will be absent, and the band will instead perform as a four-piece featuring guitarist Isaku Suzuki, known for his work with HI STEADY and Mommy Funk!.
Drawing from dreams, diasporic rhythms, and underground textures, this mysterious “no-nationality” soundscape promises a live performance that feels like stepping into a vivid, ever-shifting dream.
