Event Revenue and Financial Structure

  1. Revenue Sharing:

    • Many of our events are structured with revenue-sharing agreements. Venues may provide a percentage of sales or a guaranteed fee to host an event.

    • Bands and artists are compensated based on agreed-upon terms, which may include percentages from ticket sales, bar sales, or other revenue streams.

  2. Payment to Artists:

    • While we strive to support artists financially, we are not financiers. Payments to artists depend on event budgets, sales performance, and agreements made before the event.

    • Artists are expected to collaborate in marketing and event promotion to maximize attendance and revenue.

  3. Ticket Sales:

    • All ticket sales are processed through secure platforms. Pricing reflects the costs of organizing high-quality events and supporting artists.

  4. Marketing Contributions:

    • Marketing efforts are a collaborative responsibility. We provide promotional materials for artists and venues, but additional promotional activities are expected from all participants.

Additional Fees

  • No additional fees beyond the price of the ticket to an event or the price of membership charged monthly.

Exchanges & Returns Policy

  1. Returns and exchanges requested by customers:

    • Items before shipping: You can cancel your order by pressing the cancel button on the website.

    • Tickets after purchasing: Purchased tickets can be refunded or exchanged for items of equal or lesser value only if you contact the customer support center more than 2 weeks before the event date of purchased ticket. We do not refund tickets within 2 weeks of the event date nor after the event has passed.

  2. Returns and exchanges for defective goods and services:

    • Our events aim to foster a community of music enthusiasts, artists, and venues. We value partnerships that prioritize mutual growth and collaboration.

  3. Transparency:

    • Financial agreements, revenue shares, and expectations are communicated upfront to all involved parties.

  4. Non-Financial Support:

    • Beyond financial arrangements, we support artists through promotional content creation, networking opportunities, and curated event experiences.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

  1. Ticket Refunds:

    • Purchased tickets can be refunded or exchanged for items of equal or lesser value only if you contact the customer support center more than 2 weeks before the event date of purchased ticket. We do not refund tickets within 2 weeks of the event date nor after the event has passed.

    • In case of event cancellation, refunds are processed promptly.

  2. Artist or Venue Cancellations:

    • If an artist or venue cancels, we make every effort to find suitable replacements to ensure the event’s success.
