【ARTIST INFORMATION】

◾️ Indus&Rocks◾️

gt.vo. Jiro Kurosawa / dr. Mao Iwano / ba. Toshiaki Ota

In the early stages of their formation, they went by the name "INDUSTBOX" and their sound was characterized by sentimental and emotional guitar rock. However, influenced by the Japanese Jam scene and various other factors, they underwent a transformation and eventually rebranded themselves as "Indus&Rocks" around 2005. As a team of cosmic mystery-solving explorers, they travel far and wide, drawing inspiration from their experiences to create catchy and trippy music. With their unique blend of experimentation, challenge, and exploration, this trio continues to push boundaries and create captivating music.

◾️ The Rolling Papers ◾️

Chill(Gt. Vo.) GS(Ba.) Sasakichi(Gt.) Kadonosono(Vln.) Roger(Dr.)

Can't Rolling Back Time and Paper Again.

The Rolling Papers emerged from a chance encounter at a Shimokitazawa pub, where drinking glasses transformed into instruments and sparked the birth of something magical. The band crafts a unique sonic experience that transcends the ordinary. Their music takes listeners on a journey beyond the everyday, creating an otherworldly atmosphere that captivates audiences at every performance.

◾️ Madam Jan Band◾️

The leader of the band, Madam⚡Jan (*The actual pronunciation is “Yang” not “Jan” in English) was born in Osaka and is currently based in Tokyo. Mixing the Japanese-Showa-era songs, Jan's songs absorb a variety of genres, including classic rock, jazz, Latin, and bossa nova, and feature nostalgic melody lines with her unique worldviews.

The band members are Nobuhiro “Naga” Murata, a talented jazz drummer from Mie prefecture in Japan, and Julián “風利” Ferreira, a classic Japanese music researcher and double bassist from Colombia.

In the early summer of 2021, they released their album “Super Cinderella Super Express” under Madam⚡Jan’s former name Jan Frenzy, now available through online music distribution services such as Apple Music, LINE Music, and Spotify.

◾️ MEMO PIMIENTO ◾️

Nu Acid Latam Sound from Belgium-Mexico

Memo Pimiento is a daring hybrid duo featuring live producer/musician Memo (MX), known for his crazy sound effects from his analogue and digital keyboards and samplers, accompanied by the spicy pepper front woman Manon (BE), a fire starter with powerful punk energy and vocals in three different languages. Following the movement of «cumbia is the new punk», their electrifying and frenetic take on Latin American rhythms transform the traditional concept of a concert into a FIESTA. The result is psychedelic electro-cumbia: a mix of cumbia chicha (Perú) with sonidera (Mexico), villera (Argentina) and European electronic music like synthpop and krautrock. A danceable and seductive cocktail with a tropical acid twist.

Born out of wild parties and squats in the Brussels underground, they quickly rose to international fame playing festivals such as Boom Festival in Portugal, Fusion Festival in Germany, Centro Cultural de España in Mexico,  Festival de la Cité in Switzerland, and sharing stages with artist such Sonido Gallo Negro (MEX), La Dame Blanche (CUB), Branko (PT) and Acid Arab (FRA). They also have developed their own Memo Pimiento Virtual Reality Experience and bring a helmet for audience members to step into their own virtual world while attending their shows. They are currently touring their fourth album, Hybrid Gun, and will be touring Japan and Mexico in winter 2025.

◾ Psychedelic Mars ◾️

A two-piece band based in Tokyo since 2021, Psychedelic Mars blends elements of 90s UK rock with 2010s psychedelic rock and other influences.

Their debut album, This Is The Only Way To Get Out Of This World, was released in December 2022 in a limited run and mastered by Charlotte Kemp Mule of Cimera Music.

Since 2024, the band has been performing live primarily in Tokyo, often with additional support members.

Saya crafts the captivating melodies at the heart of their music, while Ryo focuses on creating the atmospheric arrangements. Together, they infuse a cosmic twist into the UK sound, aiming to create a unique listening experience.
