Ticket Purchases:
Anyone can purchase tickets from our website. Membership is not required to buy tickets.

Sales and Refunds:
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, even in the case of accidental purchases.

Inappropriate Behavior:
MTM maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behavior or harassment at our events. We reserve the right to remove individuals engaging in such behavior from the event and refuse their entry in the future.

Community Standards:
MTM is a community-based organization. We do not tolerate rude, aggressive, or disruptive behavior that makes others uncomfortable. We will intervene to ensure the safety and well-being of our community.

Event Changes or Cancellations:
MTM reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, lineup, venue, or any other aspect of the event. In the event of a cancellation or significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders and provide suitable alternatives or refunds. (Read More)

Intellectual Property:
All content on the MTM website, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, images, and text, are the intellectual property of MTM and are protected by copyright laws. Any unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.  

Limitation of Liability:
MTM and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website, purchase of tickets, or attendance at our events.

Membership

Sign Up:
You have the option to sign up as a member, and you can also choose to cancel your membership at any time.

Membership Fee:
By signing up as a member, you agree to understand and accept that the membership is a monthly subscription with a recurring fee charged to the credit card provided by the user.

Event Access:
Members have the privilege of attending any event without booking tickets in advance. However, if an event is sold out, entry may be denied. Therefore, we recommend reserving tickets online in advance to secure your spot at desired events.

Membership Cancellation:
It is the responsibility of members to cancel their membership if they no longer wish to be charged. Failure to cancel the membership on time will result in recurring fees, and refunds cannot be provided. Members can check their membership status in the "My Page" section of their account.

You can cancel your membership by logging in to your account on the website, scroll down to find a section “Membership Program Details”, and click “Cancel Membership”.

Member Pricing:
If a member purchases a ticket at a discounted member price, they must still be an active member on the day of the event to redeem the deal.
