With Electroman, More Than Music and Emergency Oxygen bring you the best of Tokyo's underground electronic music scene. From dance music to downtempo through electro house or drum and bass, this event series will be a guarantee for an eclectic - and electric - party!

VERIK is the solo project of Scottish electronic music producer and vocalist Ross Verik, centred around the concept of truth, “veritas.”
Expect driving beats and bass fused with haunting synths and an electrifying live vocal performance, oscillating between the melodic and the menacing.
This debut full-length one-man show will feature brand new solo material as well as a selection of favourites from his other projects SURGYN (UK) and VERJ (Japan)

リアルタイムにコンピューターでビデオをレンダリングして、ライブパフォーマンスのヴィジュアルも担当する。
Electronic musician and media artist based in Tokyo, Japan. Started his electro music creative career in 2013. Delicate noise sequenced with aggressive beats and lyrical melodies creating harmonious emotional patterns through machines. His rendered visual effects are a playful match on stage.

To give more info, the band is lead by Martin, the lead fiddler of both the famous OAU and the always entertaining Johnsons Motorcar. For Jontana, Martin has put down the violin and picks up the guitar to explore a fresh new soundscape by pairing up with a DJ that brings beats and an electronic vibe. Justin, after hearing samples of their music is excited to book them for their first ever show at the launch of our More Tokyo Music series in Shimokitazawa. Be the first to catch these seasoned professionals on stage.

バンドを率いるマーティンは、有名バンドOAUやJohnsons Motorcarのリードヴァイオリニストです。ところが、そんなマーティンがジョンタナで奏でるのは、ヴァイオリンではなくギター。さらにDJを取り入れることで、ビートとエレクトロニックな雰囲気を添えた、全く新しいサウンドを追求しています。
