◾️ Yasu Cub ◾️
Yasu Cub is an indie rock band currently active in Tokyo with roots in both the U.S. and Japan. Originally a solo project by Jacob Oki Ahearn when he wrote/recorded album, "Highways," in San Francisco (late 2019/early 2020), Yasu Cub expanded membership--Dennis Sullivan (drums), Yasuhiro Soda (lead guitar), Shintaro Kimura (bass)-- after relocating to Japan and incorporating elements of dream pop/shoegaze in his song-writing reflecting a change in environment.
In June of 2023, Yasu Cub went on a national tour (Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto) opening for American indie rock/dream pop band, In The Valley Below.
EP, "Elevator," will be released on February 23, 2024.

MOKU is a band creating psychedelic ambience with elements of traditional Japanese sounds. It’s something you’ve never heard of, yet makes you feel “Natsukashii”. Their unique and mysterious presence on stage, along with their mystic sounds will leave you wondering who they are.

◾️ Santa Dharma ◾️
Santa Dharma is a wife-husband indie rock/new wave band based in Tokyo. Fusing toy synthesizers, fuzzy electric strings, drum machines, and Buddhist accents, they create lo-fi, dreamy music that resurrects a retro future. The band's name is a combination of Bodhidharma, the founder of Zen Buddhism, and Holly's birthplace of California, where places are often named “San” or “Santa” something. They released their first full-length album in 2021. Their YouTube show, BTV, features indie/experimental artists from Tokyo and around the world.
Santa Dharma は、東京を拠点に活動する夫婦インディー・ロック/ニュー・ウェーブ バンド。 おもちゃのシンセサイザー、ファジーなエレクトリック・ストリングス、ドラム・マシン、仏具のアクセントを融合させて、レトロな未来をよみがえらせるローファイで幻想的な音楽を生み出しています。バンド名は、禅宗の開祖である菩提達磨と、ホリーの生誕地であるカリフォルニアを組み合わせたものです (カルフォルニアの都市はしばしば「サン」または「サンタ」で始まります)。 2021 年に最初のフルアルバムをリリースしました。 自身のYouTube 番組、BTVで、東京と世界中のインディー／エクスペリメンタル・アーティストを特集しています。

Formed in the vibrant underground music scene of a storage lot in Indiana, PA, Why Jackal Why is an indie rock shoegaze band that has been enchanting audiences with their dreamy and atmospheric soundscape in Yokohama for years. The band consists of Dario, Grant, and Swam, whose collective passion for music and diverse influences converge to create an interesting sonic experience.
