円になる。縁がある。宴（えん）と書き、ウタゲと読む。
様々な読み方を持つこの言葉に共通する意味が一つある。
「人と繋がる」
人が生きて行く中で必要となるもの。
人が生きていく中で避けることのできないこと。

人との繋がりや「縁」を大切にしている私達が出会ったのは、南青山にある会場のBAROOM。丸く作られた素敵な会場の中心にステージが置かれ、その周りに円形に席が並び、会場全体が作られている。

この特別な会場に招いたのは選び抜かれた最高なアーティストたち。
ここで出会う人や音に心を動かされます。

AGE, a band formed in 2019 while jamming on Shibuya's streets, has quickly gained recognition in the music scene. They were introduced on the "Love Music" Newcomer Corner and featured as a "Must-Break Artist" in "Digle Music" in 2022. Their genre-defying style blends Alternative Rock, Soul, Hip-hop, and Electro, breaking musical boundaries with their music. AGE has performed at major festivals like FUJI ROCK, Rush Ball, and the Apple Music Festival. In 2023, they secured a spot at "METROCK OSAKA 2023," representing Japan. Their lead vocalist takes inspiration from their respected grandfather.

The Bagpipes are a young, still in University 5-piece band that carries a groove and professionalism beyond their years. The voice of frontman, James Alexander, is powerful and and back with keys, guitar, bass, and drums that will get you moving.

The Bagpipesはメンバー全員が大学在学中であるにも関わらず、その若さを凌駕し、忘れさせてしまう、そんなプロフェッショナリズムとグルーブ感をもつ5人組バンドである。
フロントマン、ジェームズアレグザンダーはるきの声はパワフルかつ繊細、バンドを支えるキーボード、ギター、ベース、ドラムはフロアをダンスフロアへ変えてしまう力を持っている。きっとあなたも、このバンドが出すグルーブに抗うことはできないだろう

◾️ Chloe Kibble ◾️

Eluding the confines of any one style, genre, or geographical border, Chloe Kibble is an artist embracing her love for the macrocosm of Black music as she shares her craft between the U.S. and Tokyo. Originally from Nashville, TN, Chloe grew up in a gospel and jazz-filled household, her father a founding member of multi-Grammy award winning acapella group Take6. Besides her gospel roots, she also sites sonic inspiration from Esperanza Spalding, Erykah Badu, and Becca Stevens; combining into a sound described as angelic and bright. Upon moving to Japan in 2019, Chloe has joined several Japanese bands and supports prominent mainstream artists including MIYAVI, SUGIZO, YOASOBI, and more. Chloe is excited to keep her sound expansive and hopes to leave her listeners feeling seen, their souls soothed, and their wanderlust activated.

ナシュビル・テネシー州出身、クロエは2019年、日本へ拠点を移すと、アンダーグラウンド・ジャズ・シーンに大きな衝撃を与えた。MIYAVI、SUGIZO、YOASOBIのバックコーラス活動したり、後にインターナショナル・ネオソウル集団、「パジャマで海なんか行かない」に加入。クロエは、エスペランサ・スポルディング、エリカ・バドゥ、ブランディーなどの象徴的なミュージシャンからインスピレーションを得ています。クロエのソロミュージックに対してはリスナーが何かを感じ、魂が癒され、解放されるような、そんなサウンドを目指している。クロエは幼い頃から日本が大好きで、アニメやゲームの音楽業界への参加を目指しています。

DJing in Japan since 2009, DayWalk has performed across Tokyo and Kansai in Japan’s biggest clubs from CE LA VI to Womb, Vision to the now legendary ageHa. An indie rock drummer, DayWalk specializes in indie dance, tech house and R&B.

2009年から日本でのDJ活動をスタートしたDayWalkは、CE LA VI、Womb、Visionから今や伝説のageHaまで、東京と関西の最大のクラブで数々のパフォーマンスをしてきました。インディーロックのドラマーとしてもその名を馳せる彼は、インディーダンス、テックハウス、R&Bを得意としています。お見逃しなく！

California-native DJ Sean has carved a niche in Tokyo’s vibrant nightlife with his unique “all mix” style, seamlessly blending tech-house, RnB, and Disco, and his event, “RAGTAG Socials,” stands as one of Tokyo’s largest independent events. Over three years, he’s played at clubs like Ce La Vi, Baia, and more. As DJ Sean gears up for upcoming RAGTAG Socials events, his innovative sets continue to embody the rhythmic synergy of California’s ease and Tokyo’s electric ambiance, making every night a rhythmic adventure that resonates with the heart of Tokyo.
