Alisa is a versatile Australian-Japanese singer-songwriter who has crafted a diverse range of bedroom pop music. Her journey began in 2018 when her song "Walls" was handpicked as the theme song for eccentric director Yukihiko Tsutsumi's drama series "SICK'S."
Alisa’s first rise to international acclaim was for her role as Angela in Netflix's "Carole and Tuesday," which led to electrifying performances alongside DJ Steve Aoki at the Ultra Japan music festival in 2019. In 2021, she released her two-part EP "BOUNDARIES," featuring the song "Tell Me I'm Broken," chosen as the image song for the Japanese movie "Joshikousei ni Korosaretai” featuring Kei Tanaka.
On December 6th, 2023, Alisa is set to release her highly anticipated first album, “Pending." This long-awaited release includes the upbeat yet sinister track "Bleed My Heart," which was written as the ending song for the Fuji TV anime "Kami Erabi” directed by Hiroyuki Seshita. “Pending” marks a defining moment in Alisa’s musical journey, as she worked closely with producers and directors alike to create a truly personal and reflective piece that explores the transience of relationships and their mark upon oneself.
