With "Levels" More Than Music brings a vibrant new energy to The A.I.R Building in Nihonbashi, transforming it into a one-of-a-kind, multi-sensory entertainment space from rooftop to basement.

• Basement: Feel the heartbeat of live music as handpicked artists fill the room with sounds that will get you dancing all night.

◾️ Kyoto Protocol ◾️

Kyoto Protocol is a five-piece indie rock band from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, renowned for their electrifying live performances and genre-defying sound. With a discography that includes hits like “Pussycat” and “Delta Wing,” they’ve built a devoted following both locally and abroad.

The band’s standout moments include opening for international rock legends Muse during their Malaysian tour in 2023, a landmark achievement that reinforced Kyoto Protocol’s reputation as one of the country’s top live acts. Their artistic impact was further recognized when they received the Entertainment (Group) Award at Japan Expo Malaysia in 2025, honoring their ability to captivate audiences across cultural borders.

Kyoto Protocol continues to push boundaries in the indie music scene, fusing dynamic stagecraft with sonic versatility to create unforgettable experiences.

◾️ Mighty Mountains ◾️

A seriously cool rock band with a sound as bold as their journey.

Formed in 2015 when vocalist Masaharu Okuma (right in photo) and bassist Yuhi Usui (left in photo) met through their university music circle, the band quickly began making waves.

In 2018, they won the “Derennno!? Summer Sonic” audition and earned a coveted spot at SUMMER SONIC 2018. After several lineup changes, they released their debut album MIGHTY MOUNTAINS in December 2021.

Since 2022, the original duo has been joined by three powerhouse support members — guitarist Morley (ex-Sakuran Zensen), drummer Takahiro Matsuura (Tenbin O / ex-Kiichi Beer & The Holy Tits), and keyboardist Naoya Shimizu (YOTOWN / ex-Laura day romance) — expanding into a dynamic five-piece lineup.

In March 2023, they released their second album Sa•Na•Gi, recorded entirely on analog tape at GOK Sound in Kichijoji. Later that year, on November 10, they dropped their latest EP Shitsunai Ryokou e.p. (Indoor Journey e.p.).

And yet — no one truly knows what’s coming next.
Which is exactly why the future is wide open.

Having grown up with classic rock, Sofia brings her own twist to it, throwing some indie, and alternative rock flavors into the mix. Her set will feature a mix of original songs and covers creating a vibey ambiance.

CoolThanksBro is an American DJ and lover of all things groovy. From being introduced to Soul, Rock Chicago House and techno at a young age, he has a passion for getting bodies moving on the dance floor.

◾️ Mike Turpin ◾️

Tokyo Based producer, multi-instrumentalist and singer songwriter, Mike Turpin, first started writing songs in his bedroom back in his junior high school days. Raised in New Jersey, USA,  he spent most of his days teaching himself multiple instruments including guitar, drums and piano while also honing his skills as a music producer. In 2017, he decided to drop everything and move to Tokyo to pursue his goals of becoming an artist.

He has spent the last few years uncovering and discovering his sound. Blurring the lines between genre and emotion. Mike Turpin is pushing the boundaries with his immersive, emotionally resonant and thought provoking soundscapes. Seamlessly blending indie electronic, alternative pop, rock and RnB, his music defies easy categorization. Drawing inspiration from retro seventies and eighties influences, he often incorporates retro sounds with sounds of the new. Known for his evocative lyrics and unique production style, he wants his tracks to feel like experiences that linger, meant to be felt as much as heard.

Petkun is a genre-bending artist from the Netherlands, now based in Tokyo. His music blends indie, funk, and pop, with live shows full of energy and unexpected vibe shifts. He writes, records, and produces everything himself.

Cashley is a House and UKG DJ born and raised in London. He began mixing Grime and UKG in his teenage years before starting residencies at clubs in the UK House circuit.

Born 1977 Coldwater Ohio
Graduate of Montserrat College of Art

The wild imagination and unrivaled passion for bringing art to the masses has driven Artist Ponzi for his entire career. 

Artist Ponzi has been an artist his entire life. He began drawing and painting at the age of three. Ponzi is a high honors graduate of Montserrat College of Art in Beverly MA. For the past 21 years Ponzihas been a working artist in Tokyo, Japan. He began his live painting experimentation in Tokyo's Aoyama in 2001 and has continued to evolve as both a studio and live painter. Ponzi has many accolades including painting for the crown princess of Japan and exhibiting in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in Ueno. Ponzi has participated in hundreds of group and live shows (including touring all of Japan and most of Asia) across the globe. Artist Ponzihas also had several one-man exhibitions in the United States and Japan. Artist Ponzi was a resident painter for Mitsukoshi Department stores across the whole of Japan including the famous flagship store in Nihonbashi. Artist Ponzi also worked with global company Airbnb to produce a new faction of the company entitled"city hosting" in which he produced art exhibitions and performances for many influential clients from around the world. Ponzi will continue to be an important part of the Tokyo and world avant-garde art scene.

◾️ Keisuke Kamahora ◾️

Keisuke Kamahora has expressed his artistic style through acting, painting, and live painting. For him, “art” is something indispensable to life, no, something that possesses him and never lets go. He lives with a sense that art could even consume him completely. A person who devotes themselves to art gradually transforms their very existence into art itself. He is an artist of sorrow. His works and expressions evoke an almost frightening depth of sadness. The painful way he lives permeates everything he creates. There is in him the pure, straightforward heart once held by artists who died young, something piercingly sharp and painfully transparent, carrying a sense of fragility, as if it might vanish at any moment. He says he expresses love in his paintings. Yet the love he embraces is something that cannot be conveyed in words, a presence that can only be felt, something hidden deep within, far deeper than the inner self.

Bubble Caat

Graduate of Sokei Academy of Fine Art and Design, Tokyo

The playful imagination and emotional depth behind Bubble Caat’s work have driven her artistic journey since,and has since expanded her practice into painting, illustration, printmaking, and body art.

After moving to Tokyo in 2020, Bubble Caat graduated from the Sokei Academy of Fine Art and Design and is currently pursuing research in printmaking. 

She has participated in several exhibitions and live painting performances, as well as collaborations and design projects with Tokyo fashion brands.

Her works often appear soft, cute, and whimsical at first glance, yet reveal darker layers of emotion and tension beneath the surface ,a contrast that has become her artistic signature.

Bubble Caat continues to develop her practice in Tokyo, aiming to expand her reach to international exhibitions and to further explore the dialogue between contemporary art, pop culture, and fashion.
