About This Event
Pulse. Music Meets Yoga brings together the healing power of yoga and live music in a unique wellness experience.
Led by yoga instructor Yuri Kurihara, the session begins with 60 minutes of mindful movement and breathwork before transitioning into a live sound bath by handpan artist Kenji Azuma. As the music fills the space, participants are invited to rest, listen, and immerse themselves in the vibrations of the performance.
Designed for all experience levels, "Pulse." offers a chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience live music in an entirely new way. After the session, guests are welcome to stay for lunch or tea and enjoy the lingering atmosphere together.

Kenji Azuma is a sound artist working internationally with a focus on ambient music. As an ambassador for MEINL Sonic Energy, he explores the relationship between sound and space, letting sound exist before meaning.

◾️ Yuri Kurihara / ヨガインストラクター ◾️
With 17 years of yoga experience, Yuri studied abroad and now continue to explore yoga across various traditions while focusing on both practice and teaching in Tokyo. Breathing comes first. Works as a therapist and have collaborated extensively with professionals in other fields, such as musicians and scent designers.
