【TW Magazine Release Partyとは｜About TW Magazine Release Party】

Tokyo Weekender 50年もの歴史を持つ雑誌の出版社で、東京でおきてきた様々な物事を記事にまとめ、2ヶ月に一回印刷された雑誌を出版しています。3月26日、Tokyo Weekender の次の印刷出版をお祝いするためにMore Than Muisc が特別なイベントをアートギャラリーの「EARTH＋GALLERY」で開催します。当日は油絵アーティストのピーター・レグホーンの作品で会場を彩りよく飾り、アメリカの歌番組「The  Voice」で準優勝を取ったカリスマパフォーマー「ジョサイア・ハーリー」が会場を盛り上げ、「QPLO」のディスコ・フィーバーと「ザ・ナード」のビジュアルで忘れられない夜を演出します！
Tokyo Weekender is an established resource on anything Tokyo for the past 50 years, putting out a print magazine every other month. Come out and celebrate the release their next issue at the art gallery Earth+Gallery where the photo-realistic oil painter Peter Leghorn will exhibit select pieces, American TV’s The Voice semi-finalist Josiah Hawley will perform live, and QPLO will bring a disco dance fever to the virtual images of The NEERD. All of this will be tied together by DJ Zuma.'s chill experimental groove.

Zuma.'s signature sound combines the vitality of the Tokyo metropolis and the chilled experimental groove unique to his native California upbringing. Once he's on the stage, everybody will be on their feet too!

Not bound to any fixed motif, the art of Peter Leghorn challenges perceptions of reality and identity. An array of processes, techniques or “codes” create multifaceted imagery that plays with expectations.
