In January 2021, it evolved into a five-piece band with the addition of FiJA (vo.), Chloe (vo.), Haruna (ba.), and Seiya (dr.).\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eRooted in jazz, neo-soul, and R\u0026amp;B, PAJAUMI built its signature sound around virtuosic musicianship, an adventurous sensibility, and twin vocals that weave seamlessly between Japanese and English — an international, Tokyo-based group with a voice distinctly its own.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAfter releasing singles including “Blue,” “Let me know,” and “Insecurity” via FRIENDSHIP., the band dropped their debut album Trip in September 2022. They hosted their own festival “PAJAMA PARTY” at Toyosu PIT, and held a special session show at Marunouchi COTTON CLUB featuring Shingo Sekiguchi (Ovall), Tomoaki Baba, and Yusuke Sase. Their music has also been featured in commercials for brands such as KEEN, earning a devoted following among international listeners.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn 2024, the band format was concluded, and the project was relaunched once again as Kazuhiro Bessho’s solo endeavor.
