【About This Event】
Welcome to More Than Music’s first ever Jazz event collaboration! Working together with First Train owner Jon Morgan and artist Julian Goldstein, this night is guaranteed to bring the best that the scene has to offer. We're pulling the top jazz musicians you’ve seen at Blue Note, JZ Brat, and more; then combining them with some of our favorites and bringing it all to you on July 16th.
The show kicks off with 3 sets from these super bands led by the finest drummer Ryo Shibata, and then we delve into an open jam session hosted by Alejandro lasting until “First Train”. We have a cohort of musicians ready to jam and make this holiday weekend night a special experience for all who join in, musician or fan!
Instruments welcome for Jam Session. Please refer to the sign up sheet on event night to play!
